The current student record combines any earlier for types into the new format. For earlier forms, all pages are part of the student record.
An official transcript printed on secure paper is valid only when it bears the embossed seal of the College and the signature of the registrar. Official transcripts issued to students have “Issued to Student” printed on the transcript. An official transcript is a complete and unabridged copy of the student’s MVCC academic record.
