Mohawk Valley Community College is committed to providing accessible digital information and services to everyone.

If you experience difficulty accessing information, completing a task, using a feature, or interacting with content on the MVCC website because of an accessibility barrier, please let us know. We will work with you to provide the information or service in an accessible format and investigate the barrier as quickly as possible.

Report an Accessibility Barrier

Please provide as much information as you can. You do not need to disclose a disability or provide medical information.

What Happens After You Submit a Report

MVCC will review your report and route it to the appropriate College office.

Our priorities are to:

  • provide access to the information or service you need as quickly as reasonably possible;
  • provide an accessible alternative while a more permanent solution is being developed, when necessary;
  • investigate and remediate the accessibility barrier; and
  • verify that the issue has been addressed.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within one business day. Time-sensitive requests will be prioritized. More complex issues involving documents, systems, or third-party services may require additional time, but an accessible alternative will be provided whenever reasonably possible.

Other Ways to Report a Barrier

If you are unable to use this form, you may contact MVCC's Office of Accessibility Resources by email or phone for assistance.

For general website problems that are not accessibility-related, such as broken links, misspellings, or outdated information, please use the College's general website error reporting form.

MVCC's Commitment to Digital Accessibility

MVCC works to make its websites and digital services accessible to people with disabilities and to continually identify and remove barriers to access.
