Student Engagement staff is glad to help you locate students, however faculty and staff are encouraged to attend Student Congress meetings to make their requests known.

At least once a year, Student Engagement offers an Institute workshop that faculty and staff can attend to learn about being a club advisor. If not convenient, we will meet with you to help you understand the role of a club advisor.

Student Engagement staff love to speak at CF100 classes in order to let students know how they can get involved with programming outside of the classroom. Just contact our office.

Contact Student Engagement for specific information. If your project requires funding and falls under the faculty collaboration guidelines, we will be glad to assist you. If this is not something we can assist with but is related to a student club, we can advise you on how to contact the club.

You can find information how to start new clubs and organizations on the Student Engagement web page.

If your club needs to book a room for an event or meeting, our staff can assist.

Clubs and organizations first work to plan the event with assistance from their advisor. Once an initial plan has been developed, a club representative can meet with Student Engagement staff to see if the plan is viable and what the next steps would be.
