The overall graduation rate—also referred to as the Student Right-to-Know or IPEDS Graduation Rate—measures outcomes for first-time, full-time students who entered as degree- or certificate-seeking. It tracks whether they complete their program within 150% of the standard program length, which is generally three years for a two-year degree and one and a half years for a one-year certificate.
