Parking and Drop-Off

Parking is available in the lot on Whitesboro Street as well as the lot on Auditorium Drive, adjacent to the Labatt Blue Entrance. Parking costs $5 per vehicle. Drop-off is on Auditorium Drive. Accessible parking is available in the lot on Auditorium Drive.

Accessible/Wheelchair and Companion Seating

The Adirondack Bank Center is equipped to accommodate varying needs for people with disabilities. In addition, both the Oriskany Street and the Labatt Blue Ticket entrances are wheelchair-accessible. Be advised that the Adirondack Bank Center reserves the right to take action against those who fraudulently obtain wheelchair or companion seating. Guests who have difficulty navigating should arrive as early as possible to ensure the best possible seating location.

Assistive Listening Devices

The Adirondack Bank Center has been equipped with assisted listening devices (ALD). Headsets and receivers are available at no charge at the Box Office. A driver’s license or credit card is required as a deposit.

Real-Time Captioning/CART

Real-time captioning will be available for the entire event. To enhance visibility, captioning will be projected onto a large screen.

ATMs

There are two ATMs on the main concourse of the Adirondack Bank Center. They are located by Section 205 and Section 213.

Elevator

There is an elevator located off of the Labatt Blue Ticket Entrance with access to the Suite Level, Restaurant. and Event Floor.

Visibility

The Adirondack Bank Center is a large facility. Individuals with some degree of vision loss should arrive early in order to get seating as close as possible to the graduates and the stage. To enhance visibility for all guests, everything happening on the stage will be projected onto a large screen.

Alternate Format Materials

Individuals who require large print or other alternate format materials should request them by contacting the Office of Accessibility Resources by calling 315-792-5644 or emailing oar@mvcc.edu at least two weeks prior to the ceremony.
