Mohawk Valley Community College’s Center for Corporate and Community Education will offer its annual Free Fitness Week Monday-Thursday, Jan. 13-16, 2025.  

During this week, classes are free and open to the public, providing participants the opportunity to sample many of the health and wellness classes offered by MVCC, including Water Aerobics, Wall Pilates, Yoga, Jump (rope) into Fitness, Sculpt & Tone, and more. Classes are offered at MVCC’s Utica Campus or online via Teams. No registration is required. See the complete Fitness Week schedule.
