Event will showcase original work by graduating arts students

The Mohawk Valley Community College School of Art will host an opening reception for its ninth annual Senior Exhibition on Friday, May 15, 2026, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the 4 Elements Studio Gallery, located at 809 Court St. in Utica, N.Y. Admission is free and open to the public; light refreshments will be available.

The reception follows MVCC’s Commencement ceremony at the Adirondack Bank Center, which begins at 4 p.m., making it a natural continuation of the day’s celebration of student achievement.
