Mohawk Valley Community College will host a FastTrack Career Fair on Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2025, from 3 to 6 p.m. in Alumni College Center room 116 at its Utica Campus.
MVCC’s FastTrack program offers short-term, no-cost training that prepares students for in-demand careers in just one semester. Designed to help individuals move from unemployment or low-wage jobs into skilled entry-level positions with long-term potential, the program provides personalized instruction from industry professionals and practical, job-ready skills. Participants also receive holistic support services and connections to local employers to help launch their careers.
The FastTrack Career Fair is open to all previous, current, and future FastTrack students. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with employers from fields aligned with FastTrack programming, including education, business, manufacturing, healthcare, and the trades. Career paths highlighted at the event include teacher assistant, security guard, bookkeeper, certified nursing assistant, and dental assistant.
Participants are encouraged to dress professionally and bring multiple copies of their resume to share with employers and to enter a drawing for a door prize. Light refreshments will be available.
