The Mohawk Valley Community College Strategic Gaming Club is participating in its 11th year of Extra Life, a 24-hour gaming marathon to raise money for the Children’s Miracle Network and Mohawk Valley Health System Foundation, from 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 10, to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, at MVCC’s Utica Campus.
The public is invited to join the fun from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday in the Wilcox Hall Lobby and in Alumni College Center room 116. A variety of games, including board games and video games, will be available for visitors to try out or jump right in and play. The club also will hold a raffle for various gaming prizes provided by local artists and organizations; winners will be drawn at the conclusion of the event.
All proceeds will go to the Mohawk Valley Health System Foundation through the Children’s Miracle Network. To donate, visit the MVCC Strategic Gaming Club Extra Life fundraising page.
