Phi Theta Kappa is the official International Honor Society for Two-Year Colleges. It recognizes students’ academic success and provides opportunities to develop professional and leadership skills, earn scholarships, and explore career paths. MVCC’s Lambda Beta chapter is an active five-star chapter that hosts many events throughout the year. To be eligible, a student must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5, have completed at least 12 credit hours that count toward a degree, and are currently enrolled at MVCC part- or full-time, matriculated or non-matriculated.
