1. TEACHING AND MATERIALS

Show evidence that candidate performs superbly in the classroom; maintains a flexible instructional policy that adapts to student needs, interests and problems; demonstrated mastery of teaching techniques. Consideration should be the number of students per course, and the different teaching techniques employed in the various courses.
2. SCHOLARSHIP AND PROF. GROWTH

Document how candidate keeps abreast of his/her field and uses relevant contemporary data.

Describe how candidate is generous with personal time, easily accessible, and demonstrates concern for the intellectual growth of individual students.
4. ACADEMIC STIMULATION

Show how candidate sets high standards for students and helps them increase their skills and knowledge in their area of expertise. Present evidence to support advancement of student performance under candidate's guidance and leadership. Where applicable, consideration should be given to percentage of students completing the class successfully, attendance rates, post-training job placement or career advancement, or general benefit to student's lives upon completion of the class.
