Bellevue University is hosting virtual open house sessions each day throughout National Transfer Week, Oct. 19 through 23. All sessions will take place over Zoom, and registration is required. All attendees will be entered into a drawing for a Surface Go.

Sessions will take place:

• 3 p.m., Oct. 20
• 4 p.m., Oct. 21
• 4 p.m., Oct. 22
• Noon, Oct. 23

Each open house session will cover choosing a degree program, how long it will take to complete a degree and how much it will cost, and how to benefit from the relationship between Bellevue University and MVCC. Bellevue representatives also will discuss how transferring MVCC credits will help accelerate the completion of a bachelor’s degree and how Bellevue’s designed-for-online programs will help students to be successful.

Bellevue University and Mohawk Valley Community College have been partners since 2015, allowing MVCC students to complete an associate degree and a Bellevue University bachelor’s degree at MVCC, with all the support services MVCC provides. 

Founded in 1966, Bellevue University’s mission is to make education possible for students who seek flexibility, affordability, and the real-world knowledge and skills that will prepare them for career success. The MVCC partnership is one of more than 48 community college partnerships Bellevue University (bellevue.edu) maintains in the United States. MVCC has more than 150 articulation and transfer agreements with colleges and universities across the country, and is expanding the number of partnerships such as this one, where students can attain an entire four-year degree by starting with an MVCC associate degree, and then completing the four-year degree with a partner institution on MVCC’s campus.
