MVCC is pleased to offer a traditional on-campus living program. Through on-campus living, a student can enjoy a holistic college experience which fosters an out-of-the-classroom living/learning environment. As a member of our community, a student has the opportunity to develop skills necessary to succeed in today's global world including communication, sensitivity, compromise and self-awareness.
There are five Residence Halls on the Utica Campus, housing approximately 425 students total. Most of our first-year students are in "quads" in North Halls (Daugherty & Huntington Halls) and South Halls (Penfield & Butterfield Halls). Each quad houses between seven to nine students in double or triple rooms. There are common lounges on each floor, a study lounge, laundry facilities and microwave ovens in each complex. Bellamy Hall is suite-style with five student suites that include air-conditioning, one and half bathrooms and common gathering area. First-year students are invited to request Bellamy Hall, as vacancies allow. A game room, laundry facilities and a microwave oven are also available in Bellamy Hall.
While there are no Residence Halls on the Rome Campus, Rome Campus students are eligible to reside in the Utica Campus Residence Halls.
