2 4 Agreement for Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) program
The agreement provides an advising guide that will allow interested students to complete the necessary pre-requisite courses to apply directly into the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D.) program at UB. Following this guide DOES NOT guarantee acceptance into the program at UB as there are other criteria used to determine acceptance. More information about the criteria can be found within the document linked above.
