What study abroad opportunities does MVCC offer?

MVCC offers a variety of overseas opportunities. Some are short-term, faculty-led courses and others are long-term. And we offer some scholarships!

MVCC is offering at least ten $500 Auxiliary Services  Corporation Scholarships for Study Abroad to help students study abroad while they are completing their MVCC degree. Students must be currently matriculated, have a 2.0 g.p.a. and complete the application that requires an essay, a letter of recommendation from a faculty member who is not a study tour leader, and an unofficial transcript. The deadline is December 3, 2013. Hard copies of the application form are available in Auxiliary Services (ACC206), International Education (ACC224), Student Activities (ACC208), The MVCC Foundation (PH220), Financial Aid (PH120)and the Rome Campus (PC111) or by email to CAAHabroad@mvcc.edu   .

Short Term, MVCC Faculty-Led

NEW! MVCC is offering a 3-credit faculty-led Humanities course starting in January 2014 that will conclude with a study tour to Italy Financial aid may help with the cost of the international travel. Please consult the Financial Aid office about that issue, and for information about the course as a whole, please contact CAAHabroad@mvcc.edu for details.
