Human Resource Compliance Notices Image

Employers are required to post notices regarding federal and New York state labor laws.  To ensure that all employees and visitors have access to view current notices in a convenient location, the following notices are included below.  These notices are also featured on wall-mounted bulletin boards in the following locations:

Utica Campus, Academic Building, Room 113 -  On the right wall as you enter our Human Resources’ Utica Campus office

Rome Campus, Plumley Science and Technology Complex, Room 128J - On the faculty/staff work room wall

We also invite everyone to visit all of our Human Resources webpages using the navigation menu to the right.  These webpages include useful employee handbook information, links to benefit and resource information, links to the College’s policies and procedures, and more.
