Teaching Squares is a program primarily for the second year NFI cohort. This program builds upon what participants have already learned in year one while adding to the support system for new faculty. A key component of this program is to continue to improve teaching through an appreciative lens while concurrently building community. It is a structured, not-evalutative process of classroom observation and shared reflection. NFI members get to visit each other's classrooms and then participate in facilitated conversations to deepen the learning and idea exchange from the experience.
