MVCC to offer 5th Annual Free Fitness Week Jan. 9-12

Get fit this Spring! Mohawk Valley Community College’s Center for Corporate and Community Education will offer a Free Fitness Week starting Monday, Jan. 9, and running through Thursday, Jan. 12 on MVCC’s Utica Campus.

During this week, all classes are free and open to the public; participants can sample many of the health and wellness classes offered at MVCC and the Jewish Community Center. Classes include Yoga Abs, Zumba Toning, Pound, Kundalini Yoga, Women’s Self Defense, and more.

Additionally, a limited number of Water Aerobics and Water Running classes will be available for trial. For a complete Fitness Week schedule, visit or call 315.792.5300. No registration is required.
