Yoga Sculpt and Tone NEW
This class combines hatha yoga vinyasa flow and strength training by using a variety of strength equipment such as weights and bands along with yoga blocks and more. Boot Camp NEW
Wake up with us! Challenge yourself with a high energy, high intensity, morning boot camp. Melt away the pounds with cardio while toning abs, arms, and thighs with body weight exercises. Monday and Wednesdays, Jan. 21 – Apr. 10 and Apr. 22 – July 1, 9-10 a.m. Cost: Mondays OR Wednesdays only $59; Monday AND Wednesdays $89. Instructor: Andrew Castilla
This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will tone and sculpt the body while burning fat. Beginners are welcome. Bring water, sneakers, and a mat for stretching. Mondays, Jan. 28 – Apr. 8, 7:15 - 8:15 p.m.

Yoga Flex & Flow
This hatha yoga vinyasa flow class teaches participants how to energize their minds and bodies, reduce stress, rebalance their body alignment, dissolve unwanted tension, and build strength. Cardio Kick and Sculpt
Perfect for all fitness levels, this course offers a blend of cardio activities to tone the whole body and improve cardiovascular endurance. Students will gain strength, flexibility, and balance while having lots of fun. Thursdays, Jan. 24 – Apr. 4 and Apr. 25 – June 27, 5:30-6:30 p.m. Cost $59. Instructor: Lori Pavia
Strengthen Sculpt & Tone
This course will incorporate the use of resistance bands, hand weights, and the stability ball to increase physical strength, prevent osteoporosis, and help change your body to a more desirable form.
