Conference Services

The conference season typically begins in June and ends at the end of July. Reservations for your group are necessary and will be issued on a first come, first serve basis. However, since many groups take advantage of our program, it is suggested that you make your reservation as early as possible to avoid being disappointed.

The Residence Hall area consists of three "complexes": "North Halls" and "South Halls", each consist of two adjoining Residence Halls, housing 90 beds each. Each hall is three stories with about 30 beds per floor. The floors are divided into four room "quads", each with 7-9 beds.

"New Hall" is a "Suite Style" hall, designed as 5 person, air-conditioned suite, consisting of two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, one and a half bathrooms and a private gathering area.

The hall offers flex rooms, for study or relaxation, "Internet–Based" laundry facilities and a wonderful Game Room, with activities, such as billiards, ping pong, air hockey and foosball available to guests.
