Jessica Jenkins Jessica, a member of the Track and Field Team, set a personal record on her way to winning a Regional Championship in the Javelin. She also placed in the 100m and High Jump. Miss Jenkins is a sophomore Graphic Communications major who graduated from Staten Island's McKee Tech.

Garrett Duross

Garrett Duross Garrett led the Baseball Team to 6 wins in 8 games last week. The Hawks sophomore catcher was 12 for 24 at the plate (.500avg) with 1 double, 3 triples, 8 RBI's, and 11 runs scored. Mr. Duross is a Liberal Arts major who graduated from Johnstown High School.

Amanda Wilsey Amanda helped lead the Women's Softball Team by going 10 for 17 at the plate. She had; 4 walks, 9 runs, 2 doubles, 1 triple, 1 homerun and 5 RBI's. The sophomore Math and Science major is a graduate of South Lewis High School.

Joe Pruckno

Joe Pruckno Joe ran a meet record at the Hamilton College Invite defeating athletes from nine four-year colleges. He is undefeated this season in the 110mHH. Mr. Pruckno has also qualified for the NJCAA Track Nationals in the 200m and both the 4X100m and 4X400m relays. The freshman Liberal Arts major graduated from Rome Free Academy High School.

Mike Mason

Mike Mason Mike hit for a .588 average in five games last week for the Hawks Baseball Team. He was 10 for 17 at the plate with 2 homeruns, 6 RBI's and 5 runs scored. The freshman Criminal Justice major graduated from T.R. Proctor High School.

Brian Boyle Brian led the Hawks to two wins last week over Cayuga C.C. and Dean College. Mr. Boyle had 8 goals and 4 assists in the two victories. The freshman General Studies major graduated from Arlington High School.

Brett CunninghamBrett led the Men´s Bowling Team to a runner-up finish at the NJCAA Championships. He was the singles champion and finished second in the All-Events category while earning All-American honors. Mr. Cunningham is a sophomore General Studies major who graduated from C.W. Baker High School.

Shanai NormanShanai led the Women´s Basketball Team to their fourth consecutive Region III Championship. Miss Norman averaged 14 points, 4 assists and 3 steals while being named as the Tournament MVP. The sophomore Liberal Arts major graduated from Canarsie High School.

Lauren PencMs. Penc qualified for the Indoor Track and Field National Championships to be held on the campus of Eastern Illinois University. She ran a personal record time of 1:22.69 in the 500 meters to earn a spot at the meet. The freshman Liberal Arts major graduated from Whitesboro High School.

Erica Zacek Erica was named to the All-Mountain Valley Conference Volleyball First Team for the second consecutive year. She was also selected as the Conference Player of the Year for 2007. In 78 games she had 231 kills, 41 blocks and 169 digs. She ranked 8th in Region III for kills/game at 2.96. Miss Zacek is a sophomore Biology major who graduated from Berkshire School.

Sara PickSara is the #1 ranked runner for the Women´s Cross Country Team. Her time of 19:48 at the Hamilton College Invite is the fastest time in Division III Cross Country this year. The Women´s Cross Country Team is currently ranked 4th in the Nation. Miss Pick is a freshman Liberal Arts major who graduated from Westmoreland High School.

Tomoyo WatanabeTomoyo helped lead the Women´s Tennis Team to three victories last week. She won all of her singles and doubles matches in defeating Onondaga, Delhi and Hudson Valley. Miss Watanabe is the #1 seed in the second flight singles heading into the Regional Tournament. The Business Administration major is from Niigata, Japan.

Sarah Waterman & Erica Zacek Erica and Sarah led the Womens Volleyball team to a runner up finish in last weekends Hawk Invitational. Ms. Waterman had 2 aces, 115 assists and 10kills, while Ms. Zacek 4aces, 3 assists and 36 kills. They were both selected to the All Tourney team. Sarah is a 2nd year Financial Services major who graduated from Camden HS and Erica is a 2nd year biology major who graduated from the Berkshire HS.
