Criteria Checklist:
- Female students only
- Must reside in the Mohawk Valley (Oneida, Herkimer, Madison Counties) and
- Must be enrolled full-time
- Must maintain at least a 3.0 G.P.A. during her freshman year
- Must demonstrate involvement in efforts to better their community and exhibit drive, determination and the entrepreneurial spirit
