Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society membership is offered to students who are enrolled at MVCC with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher, and 12 or more credit hours completed which can be applied toward a degree program.

Invitations for the fall 2014 class of inductees will be sent out the week of August 27, 2014.

The Fall Induction Ceremony welcoming new members will be held on ________, 2014 at 3pm in the IT Schafer Theater on the Utica Campus.

To accept this membership invitation, please bring the completed membership application form, induction reservation form, and one-time payment of $65.00 (checks should be payable to "ASC" or "Auxiliary Services Corporation") to Geri Sultenfuss or Steve Frisbee on the Utica Campus (Library, PH203) or to Jenny Spinelli on the Rome Campus (Student Services, PC A30).
