Debra Waterman holds a M.S. degree in Counseling from the University of Bridgeport, located in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and a B.S. degree in Respiratory Therapy from the Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, N.Y., with a major in education. She teaches Principles of Respiratory Care 3 and 4, Clinical Practicum 1, 2, 3, and 4 and RC214 Acid Base Physiology. She has more than 35 years of professional practice/teaching experience. She has been an active member of the Central New York Chapter of the American Association of Respiratory Care as a Regional Director, and is Co-Chair for the Program and Educational Committee.
