MVCC Instant Accept Days provide convenient scheduling options for Spring 2017 semester

Mohawk Valley Community College will host Instant Accept Days to offer prospective students the convenience of, in one visit to campus, applying and registering for the Spring 2017 semester, which begins on Tuesday, Jan. 17. Instant Accept Days will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays through Jan. 13.
These days are designed for all types of students, whether they are just getting started with their college plans or reconsidering their current career or college path. During these times, students can, in one visit to campus, take care of applying, placement testing, and other steps required for convenient entry to college. Students who drop in to the Utica or Rome Admissions offices with official high school transcripts or equivalency will be able to apply, receive an admissions decision and letter of acceptance, meet with Financial Aid, and take or schedule placement tests if needed. Health forms and other steps to enroll at MVCC will be provided in-person.
Traditional methods of applying for admission and completing steps to enroll will still be offered, and the MVCC Admissions Office is fully staffed to support students and their families in making application decisions and taking care of the necessary paperwork.
