Printing, Copying and Scanning
The Libraries offer a variety of services, which include printing, photocopying and scanning. Each of these services is self-serve, but staff members are available for assistance.
Each library has a computer lab with black-and-white printers for printing on letter-sized pages, free of charge.
The Libraries have photocopiers available that copy single-sided, black-and-white only. Copies cost $.15 a page and payment is accepted in coins and single dollar bills, or by purchasing a Vendacard for $1 ($.70 cash value), which reduces each copy to $.12 1/2 per page.
A scanner is located in the Reference area, behind the Reference desk, in the Utica Campus Library. Scanned images can be printed (black and white) or saved to a flash drive or MVCC account as a PDF or JPEG document. Instructions are available and the Reference Librarian can assist with using the scanner.
