Specialized Housing

To better fit the individual needs of residents, each Residence Hall offers various housing options:

North Halls


Daugherty Hall:

  • Co-ed Floors: All floors are co-ed. There are male and female quads on each floor.
  • Home of the North Halls Study Lounge; available to all North Halls residents.
  • Extended Quiet Hours: Nightly "quiet hours" in this building begin approximately 1 hour earlier than in other buildings to provide an environment more conducive to study.

Huntington Hall:

  • Non-Co-ed Floors: All quads on a floor are either male or female.
  • Limited visitation: Certain rooms are designated "limited visitation" by request on application. In these rooms opposite sex overnight visitation is restricted. Exceptions may occur under special conditions with agreement of both room occupants.
  • Special services for International Students.
     

South Halls

Penfield/Butterfield Hall:

  • Co-ed Floors: All floors are co-ed. There are male and female quads on each floor.
  • General, non-specialized rooms.
  • Home of the South Halls Study Lounge; available to all South Halls residents.
     

New Hall: (2nd Year Students predominantly)

  • Suite Style: Three bedroom, five person suites.
  • Private Gathering Area.
  • One and one half bathroom.
  • Air-Conditioned.

Please note: All halls are designated as "Smoke Free." Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the buildings. Outside smoking areas are available.
