FALL 2013

Opening:

New Residents Arrive: Sunday, August 25, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.  Check-in is in the Alumni College Center.

Returning Residents:

Tuesday, August 27, 2013 from 12:00 noon - 6:00 p.m. Check-in is in New Hall.

Thanksgiving 2013:

Close: Residence Halls close at 8pm on Tuesday, November 26th.  Students with a class conflict or transportation problems can e-mail housing@mvcc.edu and accommodations will be made until Wednesday, November 27th at 10am.

Open: The Residence Halls will reopen at 12 noon on Sunday, December 1st.

 

End of Semester

Students with no academic obligation after the last day of class:

December 16th.

Students WITH an academic obligation during the final exams period:

Within 18 hours after last obligations or no later than December 20th at 10:00 a.m., WHICHEVER IS SOONER.

SPRING 2014 (and end of 2013)

Opening

New Students:  Saturday, January 18, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.   Check-in is in New Hall.

Returning Students:

Monday, January 20, 2014 12 noon – 6:00 p.m. Check- in is in New Hall.
 

Spring Break 2014

Closing: Friday, March 14th at 8:00 p.m.

* Anyone with a late afternoon class may stay until 10:00 a.m. on March 15th, if needed.  Please e-mail request to housing@mvcc.edu.

Opening: Sunday, March 23rd at 12:00 noon.

 

End of Semester Spring 2013
