MVCC’s Rome and Utica campuses house classrooms, conference rooms, computer labs, fine arts and graphic arts studios, auditoriums, athletic facilities, and other educational facilities. These spaces are available to both on-and off-campus groups, however, on-campus groups and educational departments have first priority.
Normally, facility usage may not be scheduled more than 3 months in advance. Earlier requests must be approved by the Events Administrator. For a list of available space, policies and fees please view Policies and Procedures and Rental Pricing and Fees.
