APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION: This should have been done earlier this semester.
If graduates have not completed this application (or are not sure if this has been completed), they must do so immediately in:
- Utica Campus: Registrar’s Office - Payne Hall Student Service Center
- Rome Campus: Registrar/Business Office - Plumley Complex

On Friday, May 15, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. Commencement exercises will be held for the Class of 2015 at the Utica Memorial Auditorium, 400 Oriskany Street West, Utica, NY for all degree and certificate candidates; December, May, and August. The Commencement speaker is Oneida County Executive, and MVCC Alumnus, Anthony J. Picente, Jr.
Graduates should be at the Utica Memorial Auditorium by 3:30 p.m. Proceed to the lower level and look for a sign indicating their academic major. A faculty member will line graduates up in alphabetical order and give them a card with their name on it. ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE IN CAP & GOWN, IN PROPER ORDER BY 3:45 P.M. Guests of graduates should go to their seats on the upper level (no tickets are required).
Immediately following the exercises at the Utica Memorial Auditorium, graduates and their family are invited to return to campus for a reception in their honor. This will begin at approximately 6:30 p.m. in the Alumni College Center on MVCC's Utica Campus.
