Have You Applied?

APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION:  This should have been done earlier this semester.

If graduates have not completed this application or have not received a Commencement Survey (or are not sure if either of the two have been completed), they must do so immediately in:

GRADUATION FEE: To receive their diploma, this $35 must be paid whether or not they plan to attend commencement exercises.

Payment can be made at:

  • Utica: Business Office - Payne Hall Student Service Center
  • Rome: Registrar/Business Office - Plumley Complex
If you are a graduate that attended the ceremony in December, then you do not have to pay another fee.  Graduates must simply fill out the Commencement Survey that was enclosed within the Student Commencement Packet that was mailed to their listed address or pick one up at the above locations, the drop it off at the appropriate location and follow the instructions on the cap, gowns and announcements section.
