Cecil A. Nellenback in CJ

Criteria

The applicant must be a senior student entering their final term maintaining a G.P.A. of 3.0 or greater.The student must be enrolled full-time, taking a minimum of 12 credit hours.Preference will be given to students who are community oriented and to students transferring to a 4-year school and majoring in Forensic Investigation.

Description

This scholarship will be awarded to a current student who best exemplifies the ideals and qualities of Cecil A. Nellenbeck whose untimely and tragic death is mourned by family and friends.

Maynard Roman Memorial

Criteria

Must be planning to enroll full-time (min of 12 credit hrs.) at MVCC.Must have a B average and major in criminal justice or graphic design.

Description

One award to a graduate of Notre Dame High School and one award to a graduate of New York Mills High School.Graphic design majors will be considered second for scholarship after criminal justice major.

Oranzo Cellamare

Criteria

This scholarship is based on need.

Description

Given annually to a Criminal Justice program student.

Social Science Faculty Staff

Criteria

One award will be made to a parent (child custody is not required), who has completed a minimum of 24 credit hours and has achieved at least a 3.0 G.P.A.A second award will be made to a general Criminal Justice or Public Policy major who ahs completed a minimum of 24 credit hours and has achieved at least a 3.0 G.P.A.

Description

Awards will be presented to any student enrolled in the Social Science, Criminal Justice or Public Policy Program.
