Kiddie Campus
Kiddie Campus is a child care center licensed through the New York State Office of Children and Family Services and accredited by the National Association for the Education on Young Children. We serve children from 3 to 5 years of age. Our mission is to provide high quality child care services to Mohawk Valley Community College student's families allowing them to successfully complete their degree requirements.
Philosophy
The early childhood program provides a safe, trusting, harmonious environment where children can explore, inquire, problem solve and discover their individual way of learning. A creative play based curriculum is used to enhance the learning process. We provide a healthy, and emotionally stimulating environment that allows children to make independent choices. We promote the development of appropriate social behavior, self-control, responsibility, sharing, respect for others, cooperation, and friendship. Emphasis is placed on the home-center connection through our "open door" policy valuing communication and respect for all children and families.
