Enrollment Process

About Enrollment

To enroll, complete the single page Registration Form and drop off or mail to the Kiddie Campus Child Care Office located in the Jorgensen Athletic Events Center on the Utica Campus. Completion of this form will reserve your child’s place in the program. A full Registration Packet will then be provided to you for completion. A  Family Orientation appointment will be scheduled and must be attended prior to the start of services. We are capable of providing interpretation services if necessary. You are welcome at any time to stop in and visit our Center and get a glimpse of our child care program.

Kiddie Campus Serves:

1st Priority: Children of Currently enrolled MVCC students

2nd Priority: Children of MVCC employees

3rd Priority: Children of MVCC Alumni

Tuition

Rates for 2013 are as follows:

Toddler Age- 18 months to 3 years

$35.00- Full Day (more than 4 hours of care)

$22.00- Part Day ( 4 hours or less of care)

 

Preschool Age - 3 years to 5 years

$33.00 – Full Day (more than 4 hours of care)

$20.00 – Part Day (4 hours or less of care)


Tuition payments are made on a monthly basis. Students may be income eligible for tuition assistance through SUNY grant program. Please inquire for further details.

Hours of Operation

Kiddie Campus Child Care Center is open from 7:45am- 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Children may attend on a full or part time basis. We are open only while the college is in session during the fall and spring semesters.

Full Day Services -  Beyond 4 hours of care

Food Program

Kiddie Campus participates in the NYS Department of Health, Division of Nutrition– Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). Under the guidelines of this program, a balanced breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack is served daily. All four food components (milk, fluid, vegetable/fruit, grains/bread, meat/meat alternative) are creatively incorporated in our menus and aged appropriate portions sizes are served to meet food program requirements. Meals and snacks are prepared by Sodexo, our campus food service organization.
