Topics to be covered include license law and regulations; law of agency; deeds, leases, contracts, liens, and easements; estates and interests; real estate closings, financing, valuation and math; land use regulations and construction; and fair housing, human rights and environmental laws/issues. The cost is $549 and includes a textbook. This class will meet 6-9 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from Jan. 30 to March 30, on MVCC’s Utica Campus. A second session will be offered from April 10 to June 8. Online versions of the training are also available upon request.
