MVCC Offers Second Session of Health and Wellness Classes at The Jewish Community Center

Yoga Sculpt and Tone
This class combines hatha yoga vinyasa flow and strength training by using a variety of strength equipment such as weights and bands along with yoga blocks and more.  All levels are welcome; participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and fitness abilities. Cost: $75. 
Mondays, 5:30-7:00 p.m., April 21—July 7
Instructor: Linda Budlong

This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will tone and sculpt the body while burning fat. Beginners are welcome. Bring water, sneakers, and a mat for stretching.  Cost: $59.

Zumba Gold
The easy to follow program that lets you move to the beat at your own speed.  It's an invigorating community oriented dance fitness class that feels fresh and most of all exhilarating.   Zumba gold classes provide modified low impact moves for active older adults.   Cost: $59. 
Mondays, 10:30-11:30 a.m., April 7—June 30

Yoga Flex & Flow
This hatha yoga vinyasa flow class teaches participants how to energize their minds and bodies, reduce stress, rebalance their body alignment, dissolve unwanted tension, and build strength. This course is appropriate for all levels. Cost: $75. 
Tuesdays, 5:30-7:00 p.m., April 22—June 24

Strengthen Sculpt & Tone
This course will incorporate the use of resistance bands, hand weights, and the stability ball to increase physical strength, prevent osteoporosis, and help change your body to a more desirable form.  Improve core strength and balance as well. Cost: $89. 
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:15-8:15 p.m., April 22—June 26
