Mohawk Valley Community College Men’s Soccer Team (10-2-1) knocked off Hudson Valley Community College (2-5-2) in Troy this afternoon by the score of 4-2.
The Hawks got on the board early on two goals from Armin Mekic assisted by Armin Budnjo on both. In the second half a goal by Nate Pacheco from a David Gould assist ran the lead to 3-0. The Vikings answered back with goals from Joe Lombardo and Ryan Hanchan pulling within one. A second goal by Pacheco from Abraham Morales sealed the win.
The Hawks play Adirondack at home on Saturday at 1pm.
