The Women’s Soccer Team has rolled to an 11-1-1 record this season. The Women defeated Herkimer CCC 3-1 last week and battled Clinton CC to a 1-1 tie. The Women travel to Hudson Valley CC on October 2nd before hosting Bryant and Stratton College on Thursday, October 4th. MVCC is currently ranked 3rd in the NJCAA poll.
The Cross Country Teams had last weekend off to get ready for the stretch run of their season. The Hawks will travel to the Hamilton College Invitational on Saturday October 6th. The Men’s Team is ranked 6th and the Women’s Team is ranked 1st in the NJCAA National poll.
The Men’s Soccer Team had a tough week falling to Herkimer CCC 2-0 and North Country CC 1-0. MVCC dropped to 7-5 on the season. The Hawks hope to bounce back at home against Hudson Valley on Tuesday, October 2nd before traveling to Adirondack CC on Saturday October 6th.
The Women’s Tennis Team is in action this week hosting SUNYDelhi at 4pm on Thursday October 4th. Leylee Tayefeh (Westmoreland) has led the way for the Hawks this year. She is currently 6-1 at #1 singles.
The Women’s Volleyball Team continues to be very competitive under the direction of first year coach Kelly Entwistle. The women have a big week this week hosting Hudson Valley CC on Wednesday October 3rd then traveling to Onondaga CC for a Friday-Saturday invitational.
