Clint Wilson
The Hawks are on pace to capture another championship behind the powerful performance of freshman guard Clint Wilson. In last week’s game against nationally ranked SUNY Delhi, Wilson turned in 18 points as the Hawks walked off the court victorious.
For this performance, Wilson was named MVCC’s Athlete of the Week for the week ending February 12. Wilson also hit double figures in both of the Hawks’ other victories last week.
On the season, the 6-foot 3-inch Wilson is shooting 40 percent from three-point range and 84 percent from the free throw line which has enabled MVCC to compile a 20-4 record.
Wilson is a General Studies major who graduated from East High School in Rochester, NY.
