My career at MVCC started twenty-three years ago when I was hired as Coordinator of Disability Services.  When I decided to retire at the beginning of 2012, I was ready to leave that position, but reluctant to leave behind so many wonderful students and colleagues.  Now that I've been hired as a part-time advisor, I won't have to, and I'm thrilled to be back.

MVCC has given me the opportunity to continue doing what I love . . . working with students.  I still learn something new every day of my life . . . I love today and can't wait to see what new adventures tomorrow may bring.  I hope that all students I work with come away with the feeling that MVCC is an excellent place to earn a degree, and the Advisement Office can help them with any obstacles they may confront.  My hobbies include golf, running, tennis, skiing, chess, baking bread, and furniture making.  I also walk my two golden retrievers once or twice a day up and down the parkway.
